Brian Bowman is a strong man of faith. He is a husband and the father of two boys. He is an entrepreneur with more than twenty-five years in real estate, and the owner of Bryson Co LLC, North Alabama’s premier wholesale flooring warehouse.

This journal is kept by his family so that page exists in his own name. It is about the household, his faith, the years in real estate, and the warehouse in Gadsden. The boys are not named. Nothing on the site is for sale.

The work

Real estate started at home. He grew up watching his father and his uncle invest, and he was the one sent out on maintenance calls to make minor repairs. In 2008 he founded Bowman Property LLC. Later he started multiple real estate holdings. Today those properties are all over Etowah County. Bryson Co is the same standard in flooring: investment groups renovating homes can get good quality floors at wholesale prices, from an owner who has stood in the houses himself.

Gadsden, Etowah County, Trussville, and Birmingham are the places people use when they look him up. The essays live in the journal. Read them as a family’s account of a Gadsden life — faith, marriage, two boys, and the businesses he built around them.
